Bad management, stacks not organized properly. Broken items kept on the shelves. Very rude behavior by the staff. Insulted and accused of stealing atleast two customers in front of me, just because they had a backpack with them. Asked them to keep the backpack outside the next time they come...what !!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The people who work at the store are extremely rude. They close early all the time. I’m not talking about during holidays or 1 or 2 minutes early either… They close 10, sometimes 15, minutes early on a regular basis. I went there tonight and got to the door at 9:47 PM, and it was locked (Sunday, store hours are 8am-10pm); the person working in there could see me standing at the door and I said “I just have to get a bag of cat food - I’ll be in and out super fast.” and she just shrugged at me and said “oh well, we’re closed.” It’s ridiculous! If the store closes at 10pm, then they shouldn’t lock paying customers out Before 10:00! And they definitely shouldn’t be rude about it! This has happened to me multiple times, and it’s extremely irritating. Very poor customer service. I’d give them no stars if I could!

Today was not a very good experience since the store has mice infestation, you can see the feces and urine, and my experience was I caught some tiles that stuck and were full of urine and the floor looked at the feces and the mouse going through the gondolas when telling the cashier her response was that they do not come to clean every week
