I see saw a lot of negative reviews/experiences at this location but for me it was quite the opposite. I booked my appointment online and it was easy. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment, checked in on the kiosk and waited. There was a TV listing names and estimated wait times which I found useful. It also said how many people were inside being attended and how many people were expected/had appointments for that day. I was called in and the phlebotomist was very professional and courteous. She verified my information, the tests I was doing and if I was referred by a doctor. I usually have issues with a proper vein being found but she was able to find one in my right arm (I wanted left but they were hiding lol). It did not hurt at all and the vials filled up rather quickly which is usually the opposite for me. I think it was because I made sure to be super hydrated. At the end she showed me/verified that my name (the correct name) was in the vials and my appointment was done. Great experience. Would visit again. Big thank you to all the phlebotomist.

I would leave 0 stars, if I could. I came back three times cause they constantly forgot to take more blood work. Poked my vein 3 times. Stuff is unprofessional, and disrespectful, Except Destiny! If you get here go ONLY to Her! She is #1, fast, painless, friendly. I happened to see how one of the employees at lunch was sitting in her uniform on the pavement near the building, and then came back to lab it's awful!!
