I had no problem in a year and a half then all of a sudden I have a balance due that no one told me. Billing never works apparently because no one answers. How do they bill anyone if they never call back. So no I have no appointments because until I figure out what is going on I refuse to see someone. Catch 22 because I need my medication. Bad business practices. If I don’t hear I’ll have to report it to the better business bureau because this is ridiculous

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE I BEG ANYONE READING THIS! They cancel appointments last minute over and over again and they’re honestly just playing games and hang up the phone when you try to reach them. Juan, a receptionist, who I eventually got on the phone with after several tries, talked down to my dad and it was so awful. No one with human decency should speak to anyone like that. He was rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. After everything I’ve been through, I thought, maybe, I could receive the help I need here, but unfortunately that’s not the case. I believe they play games so that you end up getting upset and cancel, so they can still charge your insurance. Very scammy behavior and the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I feel bad for anyone who sees a psychiatrist here. Run and don’t look back. There are other options.

Started off pretty well, then I was having a tough time and wrote an e-mail requesting an appointment and never heard back. Then I noticed they started to be 5-15 minutes late every appointment (Not the Psychiatrist, the billing/front office). Billing was extremely inconsistent, my wife(on same insurance) was paying $19 per session while I was being billed $110+. I asked to speak with billing and they said oh they will call you.(never did)Then they started billing me at $19. A month later wr both got a huge bill in the mail. So I wouldnt ever know if and when my appointment was, until I was almost out of medicine so I’d have Walgreens call provider for refill, and never got one. Also couldnt use my prescription insurance because prescriber did not provide approval. My psychiatrist was good at first and then seemed like she forgot about me. Id say im miserable and it was just like oh well medicine can only help so much? At times I felt like they treated me like a child. I finally said enough is enough, their diagnosis and cures never did anything for me. So I weaned myself off and Im glad I did. This was the first time I did not have access to communicating with my Psychiatrist via email or text for minor things. My psychiatrist recommended therapy and told me someone will call for a psychologist session(nobody called) Point is: I was insanely miserable and stressed because of my financial situation and responsibilities. So I was prescribed anti depressants and they wanted to see me every 2 weeks(100$+ per 5-10 min session). To prescribe me medicine that did nothing. Big waste of 600-900 dollars ive paid over the course of 6-8 months. I trusted my psychiatry and ventre, and I was let down big time. I am off to find a Psychiatrist that actually gives a shid

After wasting weeks figuring out how to get a psychiatrist to treat my crpippling anxiety and rather terrifying panic attcks I was then basically given 2 hrs 30 min of talk therapy. I was then told that the consult with thier medical director resulted in them perscribing the exact drugs I told them I was currently taking. Namely Cymbalta and Wellbutrin. They wanted to add Latuda a drug that I happen to have EVERY MEDICAL CONDITION that is a CONTRAINDICATION for ANYONE to EVER take that drug. RUN AWAY FIND ANYONE else that might even attempt to help you without killikg you.
