I've lived here since 2015, which I think says a lot. It's the best bargain if living in the St. Charles area is important for you. Things have really improved recently, including the new roof, water softener, and my brand new kitchen! The office and maintenance staff are super nice and have done a great job with the new management company. They really seem dedicated in making this place a comfortable community. If you're apartment hunting, you should check out the new apartment renovations. They look really impressive!

EDIT : in response to reply below - I tend to believe that’s baloney, and now I have credit problems because of these apartments. IF YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT RENTING HERE - YOU HAVE PLAYED YOURSELF Criminals & con artists - they will lure you in with lies, then charge you a penalty to move-out after saying they will let you leave due to harassment from residents. There is a drunk resident who has the police called on him multiple times per month - #B112 at building 155 Walnut Drive. "Steve" kicked & pounded our door, yelling threats in the hallway after we notified the office that he was chain-smoking indoors. My family (including 1 year old) were breathing secondhand smoke for the three months we rented. After property manager Stephanie LIED to us, saying that he was a known problem & we would not be penalized for leaving - we were charged a penalty! We were told there was nothing to do, and they offered another unit on the property (at the "GOOD" building, where the staff lives). Due to the harassing neighbor STALKING us, walking back & forth outside the ground floor patio door, and continued harassment, we left. If you rent here - you played yourself

I’ve only gone here a few times to visit a friend but seriously the apartments are so nice. Super cute!

Great staff and nice property. Could use some work, but I can tell they are working on it. Everyone I dealt with in the office was friendly, approachable but professional
