I told myself I was going to be much more intentional about giving reviews, so here I go! It’s currently 11:27 AM EST on 05/21/2022. I’m at Banister Ford in Marlow Heights, MD. I had a full agenda today, but stopping here was not on the list. My trunk decided it was going to protest and no longer close. Just like that; it kept its mouth open. Insert an emergency run to Banister Ford! Amanda, who prefers to be called Mandy, warmly greeted me and inquired about my needs. I told her the deal, and she broke the news as gently as she could: on Saturday they didn’t have enough staff and the wait list was long. However, she took my car around back to have a tech quickly look at it. Impressive! Although there was no “quick fix” for my trunk, I’m very grateful that Mandy saw my need and did all she could to help. Thank you, Mandy!
