Had been going here for every appliance part I ever needed. Total disappointment that they've now chosen to go wholesale only. I don't understand the choice to turn away sales when the Internet is such a big competition. Wish they'd change their minds.

June 7, 2019 My husband asked a sales representative a question about appliance parts and he answered saying, “That’s what the web is for.” The web is also good for getting another appliance parts store. After 8 years we will be looking for another store to do our business.
