I highly recommend looking elsewhere if looking for a place to live because their leasing office is unorganized, unhelpful and apparently doesn’t communicate with their corporate office who schedules their appointments. I had an appointment scheduled on 10/12 to view a 3 bedroom and when I showed up, I was told she didn’t know why they didn’t call me because she doesn’t have any. I scheduled another appointment for 2 o’clock, I got lost and was a little late and I get there just to be told again that they can’t help me because she has no record of my appointment and she has someone to see at 2:30. I have email confirmation from getting an appointment and she tells me “Oh that’s the call center and I’m not sure what happened” and that she couldn’t help me. There was no solution offered which, for someone who manages corporate level customer service, was baffling considering the inconvenience of making a 40 minute round-trip drive for no reason twice in two weeks. Leasing office staff who are unwilling to assist with poor customer service is a recipe for a terrible leasing experience.

Nice and quiet area to live dog parks for the four legged family members but you have to maintain your own back area but not an issue so far love it here

Wish I could post 0 stars! I have never been scammed before moving to this place. They did a complete bait and switch, lied about so much, never ever answered emails or calls, overcharged like crazy. Mold, no heat, they lied about fulfilling maintenance calls... this was the worst place I have ever lived in my life. Got out of the lease after barely 3 months thank God. Thankfully I have a legal team that I showed all the evidence to and they have wiped my credit clean after this sketchy staff tried to blame their mistakes on me. I have never written a negative review before, but this place is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from a business.

If I could give negative stars I would. Jan the property manager is condescending and rude. The property is not well maintained and at times dangerous. The maintenance staff talks poorly about the management which in my opinion is completely unprofessional even if they are correct in their assessment of the management. If you like living in a place where your basic needs can not be met, than this is the place for you!
