Honestly the building is disgusting in general. They have a rat infestation, when you call they send a guy out to lay out cheap mouse traps that don't work. The water and electricity are constantly going out, and the basement floods so often it always smells like mildew. The so called housekeepers never clean, they vacuum the stairwell and keep it pushing. They won't solve any real issues unless you hold the rent money hostage.

Great location!! And that's where the good ends. They have done tons of work on the outside of the complex but still refuse to fix the issues in the apartments. Honestly, if the maintenance was done and EFFECTIVE, I would have given 4-5 stars.
