This is a great program! The food is good. Having the menu planned out and not having to prepare the meals gives you a great start on changing your eating habits to being vegan and leaving the foods you like - like steak and lamb - behind. I already have more energy after just three days of bing on the program. The support from your dietician is wonderful. You don't feel like you're struggling on our own, you get encouragement and some laughs!

I love the ideas and creativeness of each dish. The food is fresh and many colors with each dish. The flavor is exactly what you would think of with vegan food. There are a lot of crunchy things and a lot of endive and beets. Basically, it tasted like I was eating right from the earth. Now, the flavors were not much to my liking but I wish they were because of the quality and convenience. The sweets are pretty good again, for being vegan.

We have allergens listed on the product page. The recipes for our weekly specials are developed throughout the week, so the allergen information is not available on the website.
