Yes, and if it aggressive and barks and growls they do nothing about it. My neighbors dog needs a muzzle and my neighbors need to keep their dog on the ground while it passes by other renters. Having a dog live next to you where the owner told you it will bite and yet she doesn't put a muzzle on the dog and the dog gets into my patio area because I do not have a gate. A gate would keep the pets and unwanted landscapers out of your patio area!!!!! So this a bigger issue all around then if the dogs are friendly!!!
