I enjoy my stay at this hotel. When I come back to town I will book with them. Staff was so nice and friendly. The manager Jason was so nice too.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. The room was dirty, bed looked like someone rolled it. No blanket...took 6 hours to get a blanket. Front desk said they were be washed. Bathroom floor nasty had dead nats all around toilet. Big hole on the bathroom door. No remote for Tv.This was like a Project...kids running around playing with the elevators which garbage can on it full of trash

The very first room that I checked into on March 6, 2022 it was very dirty. It looked like someone had been staying there for months. There were stains on the sheets, the bed was not made, there was trash in the garbage cans and the bathroom was a mess. They gave me a free upgrade. I paid for an entire month to be here until April 6, and today on March 27, 2022 they are trying to make me move all of my stuff to a different room only a week before I move out anyway. This is terrible customer service completely unprofessional how I’ve voiced my concern to the manager and he says I don’t have to stay there anyway.

It was a horrible smell and sockets in the wall were coming out, the sheets were stained,it was a hole in the bathroom door, dogs were walking in the hallway, I reserved for two nights and they only gave me 1 nights refund apparently if you check the room it’s considering used.The whole hotel needs to be shut down.

Non smoking facitlity, but you are able to smoke outside the facility. This is a great place to stay. Rather your visit at WoodSpring suite for 1 day or 6 months, the environment is great. Regina the manager is warm, friendly and ensure that your stay is comfortable and pleasent. The rooms are clean , and cozy with a stove for cooking, full fridges for your food, full microwave and cabinet storage. You also have cable TV, a phone, the option for free internet, onsite laundry facility, A/C and heat that you control, a friendly housekeeping staff and friendly front desk crew that's always available and willing to help. You can even bring your pet and all the free parking you want. You're in close proximity to Giants, Walmart, Family Dollar, McDonald's, Burger King, Popeye's, KFC. Minutes away from Golden Corral, St. Charles Mall, Xtreme Movie theater, and Marlow Heights $5 movie theater, all seats, all shows. No credit checks, app fees,.or lease agreements for extended stays.
