The staff here is helpful and friendly. I know that it is a carry out or delivery place, but it would be nice if there were a couple of chairs if you wanted to wait for your order Family dollar is in the same parking lot, so you can always go over there if you are the type to get bored while you wait. The wait is usually not long because the staff works quickly so it all works out okay. No public restroom, but who has those these days anyway? Post pandemic restroom search is probably the most frustrating thing ever, but you'll have done great pizza to eat while looking for an open public restroom! 😂😆

I was talked to BY THE MANAGER who also my delivery driver for my pizza like I was a kid, I ordered my pizza around 9:00PM and waited till 1:00AM and my pizza never came, the person that was delivering my pizza (aka the MANAGER) said she tried to deliver my pizza and called 3 times never happened I had my phone in my hand THE WHOLE TIME, I also have 87 cameras on my property and not once did I ever see the car she described! I asked if I was going to get my money back since it’s was almost a $50 order she then yelled at me when I asked again when not getting a answer this was terrible customer service if I had the choice I’d give no stars

I ordered a pizza from this location at 9:48pm. Then I got the confrontation they were going to bring it to us at 10:32pm. And now it is 11:15pm and it has not showed. We tried calling the store but no one answered and then they closed. This is the 2nd time we have ordered pizza from this location and not had it delivered at all. We have been waiting out front for almost an hour now. This is terrible service. They could have called us or something.

Staff needs to be trained so they have a clue what they are doing. It took forever to get out food because of awful communication and just some stupidity. The food itself was sloppy with errors and we received day old dough for one of the crusts. We could also see that deliveries were not being made, likely not correct and were just sitting on a shelf getting cold. We understaffing is an issue everywhere, but this was beyond that. Food tasted good is the only positive.
