Just came to this pizza hut got a carry out order the person who did the order over the phone it was a guy he was so polite and friendly.i picked up my order pizza was hot and fresh .yummy .JOCELYN was so friendly and polite I didn't have no problems at this pizza hut every thing was a ok 👌 very nice customer service great pizza got me a TASTE MAKER MMMM YUMMY

If I could I would give zero stars I order at 12:56pm I received a texted at 1:16pm that is was out for delivery at 2:31pm I called the store I got someone by the name of Stephen that claims to be the general manager was very rude showed no empathy, I asked if he would like my email or order number because he claimed he could not find it under my number he became very rude and said I will not be cussed out mind you I did not cuss at him he disconnected I called back a second time explained to him I did not cuss I asked a question if he wanted other information and that he should understand I am upset ive been waiting on a order for hours and he then got very rude nd loud and hung up again I called back 5 more times so I can just get a refund and corporates number he would pick up and hang up the phone till the 5th time he answered I asked for his name and explained to him I will be contacting hire management since he claimed to be the general manager. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Have ordered from this particular location anywhere from 3 to 5 times.. each time I have been extremely impressed with not only the service, but the food and times that the delivery drivers get to you especially in unfavorable weather conditions!! Probably the best Pizza Hut location in Albuquerque!!

All three pizzas were cold 15 minutes late and the cheese well see the picture my daughter ate spaghettos instead look like some had there hands mixing the melted cheese it was discusting. Fire them now. -Director of IT. Waiting for manage still to call me back after 6pm last night going 13 hours what a joke.
