2nd order in a few months I had to cancel because wait times are over 1 and half hours with no dame phone call. Used the dame app and service is bloody awful. Go order somewhere else. For the record, I did email you.

I love Domino's Pizza,🍕, Pasta, 🍝, Desserts, 🍪, Sandwiches, 🥪. Me and my family live in Domino Pizza at least three to four times a week. Plus this location, is my favorite location also, out of all the domino's pizza in Albuquerque New Mexico, most of them suck when it comes to customers satisfaction, work ethic, customers service, false advertisement on line,etc. To many complaints for me to list.

2 hour for our food with 5 people in the store claimed short staff more like unmotivated staff. Everyone that worked April 9th 22 needs to be fired. People apps claiming there foods ready just to get to the store and told they have to wait longer they took the payment before even letting us know it was gonna almost a 2 hour wait for 5 items!! Mangers names Jacob then had the nerve to disrespect my wife! Also after 2 hours of waiting order was canceled food was gonna take longer !! Lmfao waste of time and money I’ll see my refund in 5 day never ordering domino’s again! Big fail tonight but looking at reviews now should have known bettter! Btw if there was a zero button you would get a zero!!

Just look at all the 1 stars recently. Ordered my pizza went 1.5 hours later to pick it up to find that it still hadn't been started and told it would take 20 min. I waited outside for another 35 min. Domino's is hurting and it hurts to see it. There's been a huge shortage of workers and Domino's quality is suffering. Domino's has thing this going right now to try and get more man hours by doing a contest with it's workers by having the work 60 hours for 4 weeks as a copitition to instead of trying to be competitive and offer more pay. These small things like $3 tips if customers get their food is ridiculous. Am I supposed to only tip my driver 3 bucks. I'm going to stop going to Domino's and suggest it be boycotted till they fix these issues. I'll be here when you fix this quality issue.
