They have to come up with a better system. Wait times are getting out of hand. I have three boys at home and I work full time so cooking every night is tough. It's nice to have the option to order out. When I first started ordering from this dominos it was quick and easy. Now wait time is two hours or longer. I wouldn't mind moving on to other food options but it's hard to even get a hold of anyone at the store over phone to find out how much longer the order will be. I wouldn't mind cancelling and finding something else to eat but it's hard to get through so I could cancel. Seems like they are too busy or they don't have an efficient system. Most likely won't be ordering here bc I have wasted alot of time.

Do NOT recommend. Slow, will not answer phone. Cannot cancel order online. Placed an online order at 8:55pm and saw on the app our wait time had been set to 145-160min. Called to ask about the wait and possibly cancel the order, was put on perpetual hold with their automated advertisement playing on constant repeat. No pick up after 30 min. Waited the 145min, checked the app, wait time updated to 220-240 EXTRA minutes— well after the store closes. Yikes! Will NOT be reordering at Dominos.

This is the worst domino's experience I've ever had! I made an order for delivery and waited for an hour watching my order being prepped before calling to ask why my order hadn't even been started yet! Then the girl on the phone said it can be switched to carryout and it would be 20-25 minutes. I show up at the location 20 minutes later and my order STILL hasn't even been started because supposedly when it switched to carryout it started all over again! So why didn't my pizza get started to begin with and why is it waiting well over an hour and a half later to even be made??? I'm done with this location I'll order pizza hut or papa johns next time

I would give them a minus 10 if I could. Through the whole pandemic I hi and been loyal and ordered weekly. Since the middle of 2021 the service has gone to the curb every order has taken 2 or more hours for delivery. Management just has excuses and are rude. Last time I called to try to resolve a late delivery Sal aka Salvatore the manager hung up on me. He is not empathetic or compassionate. Sorry you have lost my business for life now. I will go to Dion's!
