Pizza Hut

As Pizza goes the food is okay. However there customer experience is horrible. I am disabled and was offered curbside pickup any. When I got to this location I called to advise them I was there. I landed up calling three times before anybody acted on my pick up order. It was almost twenty minutes past the time they had told me that y pickup was ready. Some girl finally came out and demanded that I go inside to pick up my pizza. I am a disabled veteran and have to use forearm crutches as I cannot walk without them. When I tried to explain why I opted for the curbside pick as I cannot walk without assistance. She wouldn't let me have my order unless I want in. She refused my cash payment. As I was backing out to leave she finally decided to let me pay for my order and bring it out to. Her attitude during this transaction with me with less than stellar. I have used their curbside pick up in the past both with cash and credit/debit card forms of payment and had no problems with the exception that in every time I went to get y order it took awhile before they would come out to my vehicle. I called Pizza Hut corporate and let them know about my experiences at the Zuni at Washington store. When I finally could speak to a representative as explained my experience as a disabled veteran. All they did was give me lip service. I was and not looking for compensation or any kind. I just wanted Pizza Hut to be empathetic to disabled people needs any to hopefully avoid having another disabled person being treated in the manor that I was. At this time I have not heard from Pizza Hut Corporate or the local store manager. Pizza Hut has lost this Disabled Veteran's business after being a loyal customer for any years.

At least thr not as shady as little Caesar's. At least when you order with Pizza Hut at the sale price. Any extra is just that you pay for what you add. But with little Caesar you add an extra topping they don't tell you you pay extra not the sale price they advertised. #ShadyAF

Placed an online delivery order at 9:06 PM. At 10:20 I called to see what the problem was and the manager said they had to remake the order. At 10:39 PM it showed as out for delivery. At 11:10 PM I tried calling and the store was closed. It is now 12:32 AM and nothing. I highly suggest when I call tomorrow you refund my $60. Pizza Hut is finished folks...it's truly over...RIP to the times it was a great place.

Warning on the Detroit Pizza: Apparently it's just the dinner box pizza with sauce on top and little pepperonis at this location. My friend got one from a Rio Rancho location today and suggested it. I included a photo of the slices from his VS the entire pizza I received. Please tell me how those are the same style pizzas. I don't mean to dog on anyone, but I don't appreciate being questioned as if I don't know what I ordered. It's not even close. His looks like the Detroit in the ads, mine looks like the dinner box rectangle. Even the wording on the outside of the box would indicate its contents aren't correct at one glance.
