We are really disappointed with this particular store. We’ve frequented this store for better than several years, however this particular exchange came with new management and a total lack of customer service or interpersonal skills. It started with the call in order. The store would not be able to deliver are order for longer than 3 hours(totally unacceptable). We placed our order at 11pm knowing that we would get our order no more than 30 minutes based on history together. We opted to go for instead. They assured us it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived 45 minutes afterward only to find out that one of their employees was arguing with an irate customer. Needle to say our order was not ready or even started. All in all we waited for 90 minutes for and order that was promised to be completed within 30 minutes. With much disappointment our food was cold and the the crust undercooked. The manager did not have the professionalism to discuss the variables that led up to mediocre service. He had his employees do his job while they were advocating an apologetic for the management lack of leadership. Well, I suppose nothing last forever(good service). This stores leadership showed no remorse or compassion for their customers and the current circumstances due to high food costs and economic turbulence. Good luck with your P & L reports!!!

The only reason I put 2 stars was for the nice young lady who help me on my the phone. But tonight I ordered 40 dollars worth of food that's 2 pizzas and cinnamon twist plus tip and waited an hour for my food to be delivered to the wrong address and instead of the workers being honest they lied and said it's on its way! So I waited 30 more minutes and called back and the recording said my pizza was dilvered not to mention I received a text that it was delivered by Dylan over and hour ago. So instead of the team making this right they refunded my order which I won't get the money for 3 days it did not take 3 days to pay for the order but have to wait to get my money back! We order allot from this store and never had a problem! Now I'm here at Whataburger starving in a long line!!! For all this trouble I should have been offered something than just a refund!!!!!!! If they want my 5 stars back I really hope they make this right if not I'm done with this domino's! I read so many reviews and by the looks of it they need to hire people who know what they are doing and who care that customers are taken care of and satisfied! I have never had such a terrible experience in my life!!!!! So I called today and spoke with management and I am happy to say he made it right and comped my next family meal up to $40 bucks worth Thank You Leo very much

Ordered on line in the middle of the day we were supposed to receive our pizza by delivery in 25 minutes. 25 minutes came and went, I called and was told they only had one pizza delivery driver, and my pizza might not be out for another hour. I came to pick up my pizza and then was told that I had to pre-pay for it because it switch from being delivery to pick up now they had to charge my card a second time after they canceled the first one. I understand staffing is tough, but that doesn’t decrease the need for proper customer service. Someone should have called me when my delivery was going to be delayed further than the 25 minutes. I would probably still be waiting for my pizza if I had not called. This is the second time that something like this has happened. The first time was during a very busy time of day, which I understood. Now it has started to be a pattern. I’m not sure that I will be ordering from this location anymore.

Dumb Sounds

The most amazing Domino's I've ever received food from. The drivers and the workers are probably the most sweetest/thoughtful people here in town. Thank you so much for being top tier! I'm a loyal customer because of this location specifically. The manager was EXTREMELY helpful anytime it was needed. Thank you Master!
