ZERO STARS is most appropriate. Phoned in an order. Went to pick up and they were closed. In the short 20 minutes from placing that order to showing up to pick up order, lights were all off, no one answered door, I did not receive a call or text stating they would not be open. When I called again, I was transferred to some "manager" who stated they didn't work at that specific location, she said she tried contacting store by phone, no answer, very apologetic and would have district manager contact me within 24hrs, NOTHING.

Okay worst experience I’ve ever had! My husband did an online order. He called the store to change the zip code on the order. When the pizza arrived the delivery man seemed to be frustrated and asked my husband the amount due. My husband mentioned he paid online already. The delivery man got upset and told him you then need to talk to the manager. We had proof that we had paid but he refused and told us to call the store. We then called the store and we were transfer to a man that said he was the General manager. He also started off defensive and rude. We explained to him what happen and he’s like well my system shows you owe us money, and you just stepped out of paying us. That the order was changed and we didn’t take your money. We advised that we only changed the zip and was not advised that it wouldn’t be charged , but it did get charged.Then my husband explain again and asked him what could be done. The GM then responded that for the fourth time he didn’t know, it wasn’t his problem and that we need to talk to our bank. My husband then got upset and told him that this wasn’t good service and that he was a paying customer. The GM then told my husband to act like a grown man after yelling at him and talking down to us as if we were trying to get out of paying.. we have no reason to steal nor get a freebie on food! Its sad, because although you might be having a bad day you shouldn’t run your business like that. Just do better that’s all

Pizza hut what happened y'all are always the best pizza makers until tonight ugh my pizza had to get pulled off with a spatula it was so soggy and stuck to card board called and kept getting the busy signal so sad come on pizza hut get it together

Callled in to order the large “two” topping pizza that shows online for $7.99. They would not take my order by phone and said it was an online promotion only. That’s fine, went online ordered our pizza and picked it up 15min later, but the pizza slices? are you kidding me? REALLY?! You have one job. Make a good pizza and cut it evenly. This is the most crooked pizza I have ever seen in my life, the slices were ranging in sizes, from extra large to small skinny pieces. How does that not bother you? Don't you have a guide so slices are cut even? This happened twice after giving them a second chance, just thought it may have been a new worker, guess not. Looks like any pizza you order from this location expect your slices to be extremely uneven. How hard is it to cut a circle into even pieces. Our family will not be ordering from this location again. Sad!!!! Guess we will drive out of our way to get an evenly cut pizza.
