Purchased a 2022 Ram 5500 and asked many questions and Max the salesman answered most of them. One particular question was does the truck comes with a jack he assured me it does come with a jack and spare tire included in the price. I made the purchase a few days later and the truck was sent to a company to install custom body for extra additional charge. Once the truck was ready i went signed the paperwork went to check the truck out and noticed there is no jack. Informed Max and he said he will order one. Next day Max informed me that it does not come with A jack. Disappointment!!! Have a spare tire but no jack. Also the truck was stripped of the original floor mats i have to pay extra for them. Salesman also said that once i’m picking up the truck they would fill diesel at 50% of tank and DEF full tank. Once i drove of the lot i was shocked they only filled the 22 gallon tank and the 52 gallons was empty. The truck has 2 fuel tanks 1 for 22 gallons second for 52 gallons. And 22 gallon is not half of 74 gallons. It would be nice if they deliver what they promise the customer prior to buying and stick to the promise. And running boards i have to pay extra about $1000.00 on top of a total $90k purchase. Not happy with the purchase it’s a great brand new heavy duty dually however the purchase experience left me unhappy customer. They have my contact info. No one reached out to me. I just noticed that 9 months later someone replied and informed me call Jeff the sales manager. I went to speak with Jeff they said he is not available. Which made issue worse.
