When my a/c didn’t work I called Sullivan because they were close by. They sent out a repair guy within 2 hours. Tried 3 different things but showed me my 10 year old heat pump was shot (leaking oil). Another guy came over the next day and gave me a price on the spot. They called the next day to tell me when they would come and install. The arrived on that date, on time and didn’t leave until the job was done. A/c works great. I checked around and the price was right. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sullivan again.
