Anyone else being told they were taken off their patient list and can't go there anymore because you didn't go enough? They didn't even give me notice. No letter no phone calls NOTHING! and now I'm unable to enroll in college or get a good paying job because I need paperwork which they supposedly don't have now I'm out of their system.

I’m not even a patient but I did try to change doctors to this practice because I just moved to the area. I signed up as a patient and signed my medical releases. I followed up with my previous doctors medical records department and they confirmed faxing and mailing the records but fmi still claims they haven’t received them. It’s been about a month and a half. The lady in their medical records department comes off as annoyed when I call and ask if records have been received. Sorry for asking you to do your job! I’m not even a patient (yet?) and I can already see why there are so many negative reviews about not getting appointments etc. Youd better hope you get a live person because never were any of my calls returned when I left a message. I’ll see if they actually get my records and call me back as they said they would, and then I will see how easy setting up appointments are and how bad the wait times are etc...if my opinion of them changes I will most certainly change my review, but so far I can’t even get an appointment or a callback... EDIT: So, my pregnant gf goes here also. Just figured I’d update this as I went with her to an appointment for the baby and guess how long waited before being seen? Well over an hour.. ridiculous...

My 20 month old granddaughter was a patient here. At this point she is overdue for a lot of shots. Her last appointment was 2months late because we kept being told they couldn't schedule and to call back.. Now she is months overdue when we left the last appointment we were told they couldn't schedule to call a certain week. Called that week were told sorry can't schedule. Told to call back again giving a week to call same thing each time now she is months overdue. Have changed to a new facility which is sad because we really loved her Dr.
