Been waiting for almost a month for a package, to arrive. I can't get ahold of anybody. Somehow it's still on the truck for the past twenty days.

I am very tired of having packages dropped off on the road (perhaps to be stollen) rather than FedEx entering our driveway. Our driveway is long, but there is a very large turn-around area at the end by the house. UPS delivers to the house every day. Of course the “customer service “ number connects to some poor fellow in India who reads a lame script and has no power to do anything.

Poor customer service. Lady at the counter gave me attitude for not telling her in advance my shipment was international even after I placed a print out of the address on the counter. The customer is expected to know the internal processes and when you don't you will get atttitude. Avoid this location when possible.

I would be hard pressed to think of a customer experience any better than I had on 3/25 at the FedEx Ship Center at 162 Whitten Rd in Augusta, Maine with Julie and Wanda, two delightful, exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable professionals. I had an expensive, delicate overseas shipment that needed to be in France quickly. They made sure the package was appropriately packed and routed. Julie and Wanda clearly enjoy their jobs and are great ambassadors for FedEx.
