Store managers and associates keep giving themselves 5 stars to try and hide the honest reviews. Manager and district manager are up to some sketchy things by lying to customers and not honoring ATT policies, and they clearly don't care about the customer. They care about their stats and commission, at the expense of the customer. They will lie to you about what they sell you, force features on whether whether want them or not, and then tell you to call customer service to get any sort of help after the sale. Drive to Portland and use Coorporate ATT or just order online, this way, you have the choice.. not whatever they force you to get. Amanda Weisel and Andrew Laplaca are both managers for this store and their 5 star reviews shouldn't count. That is a huge conflict if interest and exactly the type of behavior I am talking about. They would rather make fake positive reviews than actually correct their flawed and corrupt sales tactics.

Manager will lie to you and say it's required to have insurance and next up for 14 days. She is just trying to game her numbers to make her store look good. Avoid this location if you want an honest sale. This store cares more about their stats then providing the right solution. They will lie to you and say they can't do things they actually can. This is a 3rd party ATT after all. Corporate tells me a policy and then this store claims it isn't true. Please please please avoid this store. (Edit for spelling)

Visited this store on New Years Eve with only 50 minutes to spare before closing. An employee’s worst nightmare!! Yet, due to my profession in healthcare, it was my only option. I cannot thank Nick enough for taking care of EVERYTHING I needed. New phone, adding more family members to the new account, data transfer, etc. He not only answered ALL of our questions but did so in a friendly, confident, and professional manner. Such a GREAT experience and never once tried to rush us out the door. I will be back and will telling ALL my friends and family. This guy gets the job done!

We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
I believe that is because it is new. The Brunswick store is in Topsham now. The Brunswick store went out of business.
