Dropped my phone on my table and 90% of my screen busted. I brought in my phone and was quickly taken care of. Quick basic questions (what kind of phone, what happened, etc.) He told me the part would arrive the next day. Went in next day and not only was my screen fixed, he replaced a broken bezel on the edge of my phone and placed a screen protector on when he was finished. Unfortunately he missed a speaker connection reassembling my phone when he gave it back. However, I figured this out before I left. He quickly fixed the issue without question. I will absolutely be coming back. Best Buy was and will forever be useless.

When my phone stopped charging a week later, he gave me his plug in as that was the problem. He saved me hundreds of dollars from having to purchase a new phone. I would recommend him to everyone. I called Saturday afternoon with an iPhone 11 recharge problem. The owner said he could fix it and there was enough time to drive from Round Pond to Augusta before he closed at 4:30. After an hour’s drive we met him. He diagnosed the problem immediately and said he would have it fixed in an hour. He had to replace the charging port. We had a great lunch across the street at State Lunch and the phone was fixed in less than the hour. I reviewed on You Tube how you replace a recharging port. It is incredible! You have to take the phone completely apart removing screws the size of grains of sand. There is a commercial kit that has all of the replacement parts. Then you have to put it back together after you replace the waterproofing gasket that keeps water out of the phone. The man is a magician! He was fantastic. I can’t thank him enough.
