4.5 stars. Sprint customer and the staff at this location, mainly Jenna D., did an awesome job getting my issue resolved. They were patient and dealt with sprint customer service for me. Overall great experience, recommend that location. Jenna D. is your person to go to there.

I was quoted one price and then called the store and talked to someone to confirm. They confirmed and I drove an hour to the store only for them to tell me they would not honor the online price and I had to pay the activation fees for each line upfront. Was told in store a higher plan price too. Not very impressed.

I had a fantastic experience at the Augusta T-Mobile this afternoon. It was time for a new phone; worked directly with the manager, I think his name was Micah, and also talked with another salesperson, I believe her name was Sarah. Both were awesome. Store was fairly busy but they handled it very well. Best-in-Class customer service from my perspective. Would definitely want one of them to wait on me again in the future. I also appreciated that I wasn’t ignored while they were working with others ahead of me in line, they made sure to say hello - small touches like that make all the difference when there’s a wait. Another person was waiting who had a kid and Sarah quickly pulled out crayons and some coloring books to keep the kid entertained during the wait. Smart!!

Sarah is the best, of course as well as her co-workers that work with her. I went in a couple times, they remember their customers from a year gap because they remember me (Who wouldn't 😉), Sarah helped me get my new S21 set up from my old S9, helped me when I grabbed the wrong accessories (Sorry Sarah), and still was fun to hang out with. I was a customer service manager before and the way Sarah handles her customers is great and allows you to feel comfortable. The others that work with her on the same shift also have fun while handling their customers. By the end of the visit I was engaging with everyone as if we were hanging out at home. I recommend T-mobile to everyone as well as recommend coming to this Location. 👍
