Just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Charlie's over the last 9 years. We are always treated with respect and kindness. The customer service is the best around.

When the last repairs (I'm hopeful in that description but not fully convinced) were done we were treated VERY well by the manager and counter staff - politely, courteously and professionally. In spite of all the 'problems' facing not only Charlie's Collision Center in regards to employee and parts availability, many other businesses across the spectrum and nationwide face the same problems and challenges. I don't believe that I'm alone in my sentiments but I personally feel that efforts in the area of customer service must go beyond what's been considered either normal or even generous up until now. Customers are still customers and the results of shoddy or incomplete work or service, no matter what the reason, will be magnified in the future with the cost being a loss of customer loyalty and trust. After eight months, several 'stories' and excuses, I am myself VERY close to that point vis a vie Charlie's.

Always trying to make a buck over the customer service experience. Judy in service, why can't you work with people? There shouldn't be a need for such a struggle for your customers.
Jess I.
Charlie's was great. I called first, as I live a good ways from the dealership (about two hours.) Jamie offered to text me some photos of the car I was interested in, which was honestly the cincher in getting me down there. He was super flexible in method of communication and was clear at each step of the way, thus managing my expectations. All of the folks who helped me with my purchase were professional and pleasant, as well. I worked in the auto industry for quite some time, and my knowledge and decisions were respected at every step of the process. The ONLY reason I probably will not return for service work is that I just live so far away.

Thank you for your inquiry. Excise tax is paid by the vehicle owner at the time of registration. Typically it is paid at the town office/city hall in which you are registering the vehicle.
That's a question for the actual dealership.
First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Charlie's Motor Mall is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs. We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus. Our steps include: Cleaning and sanitizing the buildings multiple times a day. Eliminating customer traffic in showrooms Using Hand sanitizer and washing hands all throughout the day. Using social distancing Wiping down/cleaning cars after test drives We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.
Subaru will be located on your right, directly across from our Jeep/Nissan location.
To my knowledge that all depends on how much overall the vehicle you buy costs. I can also vary depending on who does your financing.
I would contact the Nissan Parts Department. They are open 7AM to Noon tomorrow.
