WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!! They make everything so convaluted that it drives you nutz!! Why have an insurance agency if you aren't there to help
Ethan Snyder
This insurance is amazing!!! They have covered everything!!! I love MainCare!! However as other people have stated it can be difficult and take a while to talk to a representative.

On March 2, I called the office for a referral for a dentist, spoke to an associate named Rose who took my phone number and informed me I would hear back from a representative in an hour, after an hour and a half,I called again and connected with the same associate (Rose) and informed her I had not received a courtesy call back and she responded with an attitude that she would again give my number to a rep and I would receive a return call, that call never came. This is not the way to conduct business or treat people,if I call back I seem to get the same associate who may treat me the same, give me the same song and dance and once again I may wait for a call that never comes as they don't connect you straight away to a rep,it's always "someone will call you back" but they haven't, still! Mainecare let's them get away with this?

It's a sin that doctors would drop a patient due to this rule about missing appointments. A family member has been going to the same doctors office for 7 years. Their doctor is threatening to drop her as a patient because she canceled an appointment due to the 2 feet of snow on the ground. They also lied and said she never got her blood work done. She can't even say anything about it because she gets told to "calm down" . Are you serious? Is this how Maine doctors treat sick individuals. It's almost like going to a probation officer. You can't treat people like criminals. I myself have changed offices due to this. The reason I'm writing about it on a Mainecare review is because the doctor says that it's Mainecares rules. Is that true?

18 years old unless that child is yours. If you have income that is coming in, say from your child working with a work permit then yes you need to provide report that as income in your house income. However if your told not to by the state then you'll have to make sure to get it in writing for your protection.
If your under age and the deed can't be in your name then yes. But there's loop holes for that
Yes mainecare does cover some gym memberships
Call and ask them they don't answer on here.
You'll need to call DHHS and they can provide you with the letter you need.
Do you have MaineCare
It depends on the household income. Best people to call is Member services
You would call customer services if you are a member. If it's not clear then try the website from the card. The number is on the website.
Yes their is a building maintenance crew
I believe a lien on your property means if you sell it they get what's owed to them.
You will want to contact your local DHHS office to discuss this.
No. No female health services (pregnancy, yearly pap, mammogram or family planning services) require a referral
