Went in to purchase an iPad Pro, a case, and a screen protector and a new case for my cell phone. The sales rep NEVER once mentioned that I had a down payment for the iPad. The total that he gave me was for what I was told was the taxes on the iPad and the other accessories. Nope. I checked the DELAYED email receipt and it showed I had a device down payment. The sales agent never said I had one. I was deceived just to receive a sale. I’m beyond furious and will be calling corporate. This is completely disgusting.

Came to this store after attempting to add a pre-paid phone onto a pre-existing account and encountering numerous issues that weren't able to be resolved via phone by customer service nor their manager. Michael, Solutions Specialist, was able to resolve our issues with the prepaid phones, including making things easier by adjusting our billing, plan, and even applied the screen protector and case onto the device for us. He was friendly, courteous, and promptly handled our concerns and issues. Thank you, Michael!

I've been with Verizon for twenty-seven years because of system reliability, product choice, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service. If you don't have a similar experience, speak to the store manager and resolve the problem immediately. Smart managers listen and act decisively. Those who don't generate a pattern of bad reviews and need to be replaced.

Don't go there. I just bought a new Android. Got home and the phone wasn't in the bag. Went back to pickup, it was right in front of 3 salespersons....45 miles driven. Got back home and discovered the Charger Combo I paid for it for Apple products! Got go back again tomorrow to get the correct one. Inept
On the website it says "we are only scheduling appointments for account maintenance or device troubleshooting." I was able to go in with an appointment to fix a phone and buy a new one as well. Any other info you need should be on their website.
