Good service in maine. And worked good all the way when I drove to the west coast. And now I'm thinking they dropped the ball. Getting spam messages everyday. and the call shield they say to use doesn't work for it. I wish there was a better option. I have switched to a messaging app so I don't have to use thier messaging.

You can make a direct payment to your prepaid account in store anytime. The best time to stop in, if you're in a hurry, would be Sundays or mid-afternoon Monday through Thursday.
Monday to Thursday 1-4 is usually the best time.You can Call ahead if you want to make sure and can set up an appointment.
