The manager here went psycho. on me while on the phone. I recorded it. She was harassing me to sign a document so she could keep 2K Depost. The apartment was 200 over priced, they refused to let me see the Lease prior to signing. That's a huge flag. Don't sign anything until you see and have time to read the lease. Don't give them your money either until they give you the LEASE FIRST. That's they way it's suppose to work. The apartment was small, the kitchen so small couldn't put a kitchen table in it, no lights in the ceilings either, and the heat is set at 68. Then the Manager Threatened to Black List Me if I didn't sign before seeing the Lease. Coercion. I found way better. I think I am going to send the recording to the Housing Authorities.

I have had a few problems with my apartment, but nothing extreme or overly surprising. Ceiling leaking, faucet worn and needing replacement, toilet needing replacement....as I said, nothing too exciting. I have had little problems with Guerrettes, no matter my stress level I did understand where they were coming from on issues though. This review is for maintenance. I have personally dealt with Erik the most and absolutely adore him. He doesnt brush me off when I have a concern and always is quick to figure out an issue. Also David who replaced my faucet was overall a great guy. My son is very active and curious and has a hard time remembering what he is told without being reminded (3.5 years old) and both Erik and David have been amazing and understanding about him being underfoot. They are, by far, the two nicest maintenance guys I have met in my life. Overall, I love my apartment. Most my stressors seem to come from neighboring apartments, as I have had no true issues with Guerrettes themselves and they have always been very professional. :-) Oh, after reading some of the reviews: they do have the non-refundable application fee. It isnt uncommon. And, in my case, they worked with me regarding my bad credit, spotty rental history, and a few other issues that could have kept me from renting financially. They were very helpful and understanding. I have not had any feelings of discrimination or had anyone barge into my place without warning. They have fixed issues that were necessary, but some minor ones got put on the back burner. Understanding has to be on both sides. Some fixes take priority due to severity or what the issue itself is.

Very responsive company. Any time I have had a question or issues it was addressed right away. I enjoyed renting from them last year and would do it again. I HIGHLY recommend.
