I love this Kohls location. The store is so neatly organized. I normally go to the one in Stonewood Mall just because it’s closer to me but every time I have the chance to go to the Cerritos location I absolutely love it. My most recent trip was to the new Sephora inside of the store, and the sales lady who I believe was named Jacqueline was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to color match me with so much patience. I would advise anyone to come to this location for a great shopping experience.

I got greeted when I walked in and as I walked to the men's section I was offered help. A floor customer service rep pointed me to the right direction and found the shirts I wanted. Everything was so clean and beautifully organized. As I got to the register I was offered a credit card and a discount thank you very much Kohl's. And thank you Faith from Seal Beach for the offer. Not safe here! Witnessed a robbery. Security didn't care at all. Reached out to customer service, same response they didn't care. Not safe at all. UPDATE: They asked for me to email them (as you can see) and I took the time to. Still no response. Closing all accounts will stay far away from this company!!
