It is usually a pleasure doing business at Nordstrom. The staff is very prompt, professional, and courteous. The only time I ever had a problem at Nordstrom was due to an understaffed shoe department. Usually that is the fault of a manager, not of the sales staff.

Love everything about Nordstrom. Their excellent customer service, pleasant Associates and overall experience has always been beyond EXCEPTIONAL. If they don't have your size or what you're looking for they will find it for you. Can't say that about very many other places. Please NEVER change. HAPPY Customer!!!

We came to the Le Labo New York cologne boutique inside the store and honestly this place smells so good 😊 Everything was nice and organized! Christina assisted us and we got the Santal 33 the big and small bottle ! ❤️ She was so nice 👍🏽 and helpful ! We also came to look for swimming trunks and Kevin and Michael where so nice ! ( we tried some ) and we found some nice ones ! Kids shoes Araceli helped us 🙌 She was helpful and friendly! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Definitely recommend this place!
