I called yesterday and was told that I could be there in 20 min. I got there only to find a nice gentleman who barely spoke English, told me they were closed. He called the lady and then opened the salon next door up some raggedy steps and in this makeshift salon that was just a dirty room. I waited ALONE for over an hour. She called once to say she'd be there in 20 min....then she called to say she nor her niece could make it! Oh and could I come back tomorrow? When I said no she hung up on me!!! TOTAL DUMP AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! CLEAN UP YOUR FAKE ESTABLISHMENT!

I hated my experience here. For starters, she braided my edges after I instructed her not to. I had to take the braids out as they were too tight on my hairline. I couldn’t move my eyebrows or even bend over without hurting. I have also lost a significant amount of hair around my edges/hairline. I asked her to leave enough hair for my barber to braid and she left nothing. Even after taking the braids out, I’m still in pain. In all honesty, she ripped my hair out. She even said that the hair was “too short” and still decided to braid it even though it was clearly NOT MEANT TO BE BRAIDED. I spent a year growing my hair out and now my hairline is patchy and swollen after only 3 DAYS! I SPENT $100 AND IT WAS ALL FOR NOTHING!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I went there yesterday and boy did I make a huge mistake. First off when you go in there to use the restroom they tell you to put the tissue in a basket. Then when the girl started working on my hair she had an attitude and and was snatching my head and speaking to me as if I were one of her 5 kids she had running around in there. Then she kept reprimanding me for looking at the mirror. She put micros around the front on my head a d huge boxes all way around. My son came up in there and asked why they didn’t do my hair right and they asked for payment (180) then refused to braid it down. They threatened to cut my son with a pair of scissors. We ended up getting our money back but please don’t do business here they’re unskilled, unprofessional, ghetto, and flat out dangerous!
