Store was closing, I asked where I could find something and the worker said store was closed multiple times. I spoke with TJ Jonathan to complain and he trained that way and did nothing. He did not even have a badge that has manager on it but answered to be a manager when I asked. He was not trained correctly either. You are not closed to the customers that entered long before 10.

went here yedterday after mass with my husband and baby, my husband has a swollen left foot so he was in need of the electric cart, he approached a male staff to ask for it since none was visible anywhere, he was told to wait maybe its all in use, when i followed with my baby, since i dropped my hubby by the entrance, i asked a female staff and was told that its all in use or its outside to just wait but then another female staff overheard the convo and said there's none at all, zero! they dont have it all because it was stolen or whatever, we are not complaining because there was no electric cart at all, whats frustrating is that no one really cared, each of them has their own version of whats going on, no communication between staffs, no customer service, none at all, its like take it or leave it, we would appreciate it if someone showed real concern with the situation! if they knew that there were no electric cart for those in need of it they should have brought it to managements attention then maybe some solution may have been made. very disappointing, we love target but this one not so.

Not sure if it's because I am Asian but Manager refuses to match the price shown on Target.com. I ask for a reason and they said because the price is control by another Vendor. The problem here is, how come the Vendor have two different price listed? Manager can not provide with an answer other than telling me that I have to order the item online. Looks like this Target no longer price match because they could not match their own price online. I purchase the item at a different Target and they were able to price match.

I was at Target Cerritos today at 1:38pm. Just want to let any manager know that the young man named Ethan has excellent customer service skills. Even though he was working out of his job description he was exceptionally pleasant. He acknowledged us with a compliment right away. Took time to ask questions regarding our shopping experience. Was very patient with my elderly sister. This young man needs employee of the month! Thanks for showing up to work Ethan!
