There were two ladies working the cart. They appeared to have a system down on helping the other customers out. When it became my turn it was more apparent that they knew what they were doing. My daughter and I were out of there with a warranty replacement in no time flat!! I was even given a Happy Fathers Day, something I only got from here and not from the other 3 locations we visited.
