Owners are great. Friendly, helpful and have an amazing place. They are perfect location and in a perfect spot so you can completely disconnect from phones and computers and enjoy the clear sky with a fire and peace and quiet. You get exactly what is described on the website when booking. Have stayed multiple times and have never had a problem. Always look forward to seeing the mom and cubs that seem to be local to the cabins. Thanks for the perfect place to stay.

NEVER AGAIN! Booked 2 nights, could only stay one. Place was a nightmare, even furnished with cobwebs. Wasp nest by door. The outhouse was 50 ft away that was infested with flies. The solar light lasted 5 seconds, then you were in the dark. The shared bathhouse was even further away. So if you wanted running water you had to walk 2/3 of the property to do so. Luckily my boyfriend had a bucket so that is what I used. This is a simple contract case, what was promised, we did not receive. Sofa, no...nightstand, no...bed linens, no. For $120.00/night plus tax (he even included a hotel tax, I'm sure hotels have running water), you expect a little more. Talked with owner, his offer was to come back. So not an option. And nowhere does it state that the cabin he was renting did not have running water, nor was he told when he called to book it. Even double booked cabin...thought if one person didn't show, he'd bank on the other one! That would be $240.00/night plus tax (due to his cancelation policy). I read the other reviews, very impressive I must say. Unfortunately I know that reviews are bought. Oh well..PS Mr Manager, you may want to physically walk into cabin 2 and change the calendar to May. It was still on "April" when we arrived 5/13/22. And that guy you double booked? He wanted to see the inside of the cabin. Tim showed him, the man seemed rather relieved when he drove off. I pray you returned his money.

Couldn’t of asked for a nicer place to stay! We had 14 in our group and the accommodations were perfect. Owners were awesome to deal with and even got to meet them. We will be booking these cabins again. Thanks again Medix Run Lodges and cabins.
