If I could give more then 5 stars I would! I’m actually so shocked and so pleased. Wow! The team at this store is unreal! I’ve never had such fast such helpful service like I’ve had at Kia. I left feeling amazing they really worked so hard for me and my family on getting a great deal. From our actual salesperson (Darin) to the manger to finance the team killed it. They were so kind so funny and very personable. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! They treat you like family. Big thank you to Darin and the rest of the team!

Agree when my lease is up not buying from them. Just took car in for oil change covered in service contract. Had appointment but meant nothing still tried to uosell me services I didn't want or ready to pay for and then try to get my on payment plan. Ridiculous

You don't need to make an appointment. I made my appointment that same morning and was there no longer than 2 hours.
If your car will stay overnight or longer they will.
Kia of cerritos cant release a lien because they are not a financial institution. You need to get in contact with kia motor finance company and see how you cant get the info from them
