Just had a great buying experience at Norm Reeves Genesis. I found the used vehicle I wanted online and called ahead of time. Dwayne had the truck washed and ready for me when I arrived. The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely enjoyable. I am a former car salesman so I have seen everything in the car business in and out. The truck I found was great, but anyone can just show you a vehicle and sell it. But Dwayne and Vito exceeded my expectations in every way. They treated me like an old life long friend. Very genuine, transparent and friendly service. I did not buy a Genesis, nor do I plan on buying one. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership, and had no plans of coming back. However, Norm Reeves has definitely made a life long customer out of me, based on this experience. Highly recommend, thanks again for everything!
