Jason was absolutely awesome. I brought my Jeep in to get new tires the garage crew noticed that one of the Sensors was having issues. They didn’t have any in stock so he ordered the part, scheduled me another appointment and took care of this no charge to me. After the appointment the garage crew mentioned there was a small communication error between the sensor and the computer and he then made it right by offering to pay for any kind of work that was needed to get this sensor squared away. Fortunately the error resolved itself but he definitely went above to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Jason and thank you garage peeps!

I bought tires in October 2021 and they weren’t a good brand, I only put 10 thousand miles on them and they wore out. I called town fair tire and spoke with Mike who also assisted me when I came in. He was very nice and accommodating. He was able to warranty my tires out & help me pick out new ones. I highly recommend anywho who goes to town fair to request Mike!

I bought rims and tires 3 months ago for my dodge charger, they put rims on that touched my rear sway bar and the fronts rubbed on the front control arms, put lug nuts on that they don’t carry a key for anymore (nowhere does)after getting wheel spacers and having to borrow town fairs own key to use myself, I bought new tires 11/2/21 told me it’d get done that day, came back at 6pm they didn’t get to or call to inform me it wasn’t done, they then went up a complete size (I asked for the same size), all tires rub again 10x worse then when I went in, after spending 1k on tires it is sad, go to any other tire shop the workers at Augusta value there own time over the quality of there work. They don’t even answer the phone. I will for sure be taking this to court. Tires and rims SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN PUT ON
