Anytime I've ever had a problem they come right over and fix it I always get somebody on the phone when I call no problems at all my apartment is brand new my electric bill is very low considering I have electric heat I don't pay over 50 to $80 for my electric bill everything else is included can't complain.

Very rude staff. They hang up on tenants on the phone. No professionalism at all. I am a tenant currently and the way they treat people is unacceptable.

I only had to wait 4 days. I am not sure if it has changed per Covid-19.
I would go into the office and talk to them. They are really helpful. They probably think that you no longer need an apartment because you didn't call after receiving the letter
