I went to the Anacortes, WA Store and Ryan was so helpful and kind. I'm on a fixed income and Ryan put me on the best plan to suit my needs. The experience was quick and easy. Best phone store experience I have ever had.

We ported our lines from Verizon. Nam who was our wireless consultant was amazing, and incredibly knowledgeable to work the best plan for our wireless. Pleased to have such a friendly and smart person handling our account. Cannot say enough nice things! Definitely worth going in!

Help! My apple phone, which is about 4 years old, will not turn back on after closing down! The white apple logo appears for about 4 seconds, then disappears. Do I need a new phone?

It's possible but not necessarily what has to be done. You can try doing a button reset and see if that helps, or bring it to the store and we can help troubleshoot it with you.
