I previously went to the other location at cascade station to fix my problem, and they didn't help at all. I then came here and the lady who helped me was very polite and solved my problem within minutes. She was very calm and understanding. I don't know her name, but she deserves a promotion!

We were on vacation when we came across this store, we thought we would just come in for a minute and look at a phone for future reference since we normally patronize our own local best buy. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, told us about an unbelievable deal Verizon was running at the time so we decided to get the phones then. After selling us all four phones, accessories, and then installing our screen protectors, we spent the whole afternoon with them. They were always extremely helpful and even put up with my awful jokes. We actually had kind of a great time, so thanks guys!

The staff here is great. They take the time to explain the product and the phone plans. I have purchased 3 phones here and wouldnt go anywhere else..
