Had a bad experience with Verizon so I went to the local At&t store on mill plain. Was greeted by Shay and Clara and after only 5 min wait. These 2 wonderful sales associates managed to get my business phone number up and running. They were very knowledgeable and was very impresses with the efficiency of this duo.

They’re happy to sell you phones and service but you're out of luck if they mess up your order and you need any support after the deal is done. Since they're just an authorized reseller, they have to call AT&T customer care. They wanted me to contact AT&T customer service directly but I insisted the store help correct their mistake. Maggie attempted to help and spent 2+ hours on the phone with customer service ultimately with no resolution. The manager was trying to get me to leave after the first 5 minutes, wanted me to share the blame for them going back on a deal, and attempted to guilt me into changing my review because her boss would see it. So, I've changed it from two stars to one star.

I have visited AT&T store several times for various products. Whenever I go there I am greeted with a big smile and professional service. Madison is consistently knowledgeable and is always willing to help. I would highly recommend this location for any of your phone needs!
