Tried booking an appointment for a tattoo in honor of a recently passed family member. We were no showed twice. The shop owner was originally very helpful, apologetic and assured a refund. Two months later I noticed there wasn’t a refund so I called in and was told that they couldn’t figure out how to refund online but didn’t call to let me know either. We arranged to meet for a cash refund and they were even late to that. Looks like the artists do great work, but we didn’t get that far in our experience.

This shop WAS amazing, I've gotten 2 tattoos here both done by Andi Pena. He is absolutely amazing!! Such a great artist. He is talented, honest, hard working, fun & laid back, and he gives great advice! His art work is clear and precise. I love my tatoos done by Andi and I want him to finish both my sleeves. This shop on mill plain is NOTHING without Andi, the talent left. Go see him at his new shop on Fourth plain if you want real artistic tatoos. The mill plain shop was taken over by someone who is more about merchandise and and microblading.

Worst experience trying to get a tattoo. This was going to be my first tattoo, Carlos the owner was very unprofessional, I had a appointment at 12 and waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes before he responded to my text messages. Saying he was not going to make it to my appointment. I messaged him that is was unprofessional to not at least give me notice that he was not going to make it, He got mad and told me that he had more important things to attend to. I asked for my deposit back. He messaged me and told me I was not getting it back and then blocked my number and blocked me on social media. Truly worst first tattoo experience. I was told by a friend that he did this to her x-boyfriend also. Very sad way to do business.

I would only give this place 5 stars for their artist Danny however… this shop is getting 1. The shop owner is extremely unprofessional. I paid a good chunk of money for Danny to do a few tattoos for me and he did excellent! However when I was finished my artist left and I had to wait for my ride back home (I’m just visiting family and recently moved to CT) he asked me to leave well over 2 hours before closing and I had only been sitting there 15 minutes or so waiting for my ride. I don’t understand why I need to stand outside in the cold while your shop is still open and I just paid one of YOUR artists quite a bit of money for a few simple tattoos. I would also like to mention this shop DOES NOT have you fill out paper work and DOES NOT ID you. Makes you wonder how long this shop is going to keep it’s business. I hope Danny finds a better shop! He’s too good to be working under a terrible business owner.
