I had my Iphone 7+ screen replaced today and it was a very reasonable price. The service was friendly and they had the screen fixed in the exact time they quoted. Very helpful people on staff. I bought a Samsung s4 here for a $59, I had such a good experience that I came back. I got my iPhone 5 screen replaced, cost $49, the guys were super fast efficient and reliable. They have cases for $5 (otterbox $39). It’s just that feeling of honesty that one wants to feel when one gets a phone repaired. Show them your Oregon ID to get taxes off

Ask your phone provider. If their number is blocked their is nothing that can be done to unblock it. If you do not wish to recieve blocked numbers call your provider and ask them to block all unknown callers and you will only get calls from people with proper caller id.
They are usually pretty good and transparent and yes, they do provide estimates based on your damage.
