How can you find out who someone is calling when they use the page that you can back out the number put another in and talk for 2-3hours and when you're done,all it will only show the first number fyouforbac000000000

Ask your phone provider. If their number is blocked their is nothing that can be done to unblock it. If you do not wish to recieve blocked numbers call your provider and ask them to block all unknown callers and you will only get calls from people with proper caller id.

I also don't understand your question. This sounds more like something you would find a proper answer in a Google search for than asking a phone repair and used sale shop. But if you can rephrase your question better I will try to answer it if I can.
