Not going to name people here from this place but came here to check out one of their used vehicle I've been eyeing on it for months. I figured hey Maybe I'll make an offer to get it off their hands. Nope! They wouldn't negotiate with me and yet they made a very low ball offer on our trade in while other dealerships had offered me way more. A better dealership to deal with is actually in Hyundai of Gresham.

(Read Further Down to See 1 Year Updated Review)..We bought a car from Gary here. Great experience. He, the manager and the finance person was very laid back and fair in the deal. ONE YEAR UPDATE: Buying Experience 4 stars. We bought a car from them a year ago. Service Department 0 stars. We were happy with the purchase & “free” oil changes. BUT when we tried to make appt for our first “Free” oil change - we had to wait a month. The Hyundai app where you try to make a service appointment will ALWAYS tell you they have NO openings- because it’s a MONTH away. So you have to call to schedule. THEN, when we came in for the appt - they said it would take THREE HOURS. Shuttle had just left, and wouldn’t return for 2 hours. Sooo… WE paid for an Uber. So much for the FREE OIL Change perk of buying a new car from them.. By the way, they are all owned by Vancouver Ford (do not use Quick Lane over there - see my review about that how they treated my new truck years ago)…

Never had a worse experience with a car dealer. I attempted to negotiate a price with them and the sales manager, James Joy, got physically angry at me. He told me they don't deal with "people like me" and told me to get out of his office. He tried to maintain they provided their best price in a text the day prior but when I looked up the car online it was actually listed LOWER than their quoted best price. Apparently they don't like people to call their bluff and will try to bully you into buying the car at the elevated price. I get sales tactics and such, but to get physically angry is next level. Craziest thing I've seen. They have lots of great reviews so some folks working their must be good but James Joy isn't one of them. Suffice to say I will never go back.

Do I need an appointment to return a leased car at the end of lease ? How late are you open to do this return ?
