This is kind of a long story but I just wanted to let everyone know how great the customer service was that I received from Woody's. My wife and I were on our first day of our 12 day vacation in our 2007 Chevy Silverado dually. I haul a very large camper. We were just outside of The Dalles and I hit a pot hole with my right front tire and I broke my right front shock, Rancho 9000, I limped back to Vancouver. I called Woody's and told them what had happened. I was told that they didn't have the shock in stock but could get it by the next afternoon ,Thursday. This was at 4:45 pm Wednesday. Ahmir (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) told me I could pick up the shocks the same day at the warehouse in Portland if I could get there by 5:30 pm. This would save me a whole day of vacation. Ahmir called the warehouse, set everything up, and I was able to get shocks, he just asked that I return the broken shocks for the warranty in the next few days. I replaced them in about an hour Wednesday evening, dropped the bad ones off Thursday morning and was on the road heading east by 9:00 am. Thanks for going the extra mile for me, Thanks for trusting me to bring the old ones back, AND THANKS FOR TELLING ME HOW TO SET THE FRONT AND REAR SHOCKS TO MINIMIZE THE RISK OF BREAKING THEM AGAIN. It also smoothed out the ride. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

2020 4Runner ORP - I went to Woody's based on a recommendation from a friend who had some work done there. They installed my Old Man Emu BP-51 suspension and it's great! Gary does quality work with attention to detail. My rig got trail tested the next day in snow, ice, rocks, mud, highways, and everything else. Super performance with this system combined with the Fuel wheels and Cooper SSTs. Example of attention to detail: the cutaways they had to do in order for the tires to clear everything looks great and I had zero rubbing even on some very rough terrain with major wheel articulation. I'll be using Woody's again for sure and can't recommend them enough. I also should mention that Amir went the extra mile, literally, to go to Portland to get the parts that had been delayed due to a problem with the shipper.

I took my truck into Woody’s on January 17 to have my transfer case linkage adjusted. And to finish installing a cable driven hub actuator. After the mechanic was finished he came out and told me that I should not be driving that truck at all. He said that my driveline had been twisted and my U joints were bent. When I got home I checked underneath and my driveline was fine. There were no problems with any of the U joints. And I also noticed that they removed the vacuum lines from the original actuator and did not cap Them off. No big deal, that’s an easy fix. But until then my truck is running a little bit off because of the vacuum leak. I will definitely never go back there. And highly recommend that you don’t either. It’s quite obvious they were trying to scam me. here are some photos below of the driveline and you joints. There’s obviously nothing wrong except for a few scratches and scrapes.
