Very happy with the service from Pacific Plumbing and Drain. Josh showed up right on time and completed the fix to my main water line leak in a very timely manner. He made sure I was good with the solution before implementing it and the results are great.

He repaired the main waterline to the house and after unforeseen issues completed the repairs with a smile. The toilets decided to run so he replaced the tank parts. No more running water!! Now I can have the inspector sign off on the work. 😃. I would recommend him for any plumbing issues/repairs. He was so positive and patient throughout this craziness. Thank you Chance! Pacific plumbing worked with me to totally resolve the issues with great communication and were very pleasant to work with.

I’m not sure how to start this but….if your looking for a company that puts people honesty and and a willingness to help before business then I would recommend Jessica and Billy. The phrase that I will remember was Jessica saying “I don’t care if you have us do this job I’m just interested in understanding what is going on?” That’s not a phrase that you hear often if at all in any type of professional work that needs to be done. My wife and I were looking at spending thousands of dollars in a plumbing nightmare that had us living in a hotel for week. We didn’t really have time to look around but I felt I had to make a call and try to get another opinion knowing that it would mostly likely be another company maybe not asking for as much money but still an amount that would hurt us financially. I went to google a plumbing services and saw the 4 1/2 start review on pacific plumbing and was lucky enough to speak to Jessica. My feeling of her was that she was interested and wanted to get to the bottom of the situation. The (next day) she had the city come out spend a couple hours in front of our house. Billy another employee of pacific plumbing was on the phone with me the next day as well and was able to talk to the city inspector that was looking over our plumbing asking questions I did not know to ask. About an hour later the city inspector informed me that they would take care of project. It’s still a shock as I’m writing this but I felt I had to get this out and can’t thank them enough. I don’t know what else to say but I would absolutely recommend pacific plumbing with Jessica and Billy being employed there.

Josh was wonderful to work with and he did a great job on the repair. He was on time, listened to my assessment of the issue, found the problem quickly and fixed it even faster. The cost was very reasonable. I will call Pacific Plumbing for any and all future plumbing needs.

Questions & Answers

Hello, the home inspector said that I have roots in my sewer line. What do I do??

Thanks for your question! Roots in sewer lines are very common in our area- a price we pay for our beautiful flora and fauna of the Pacific NW. The trick is to keep up on them before they damage the line. We can remove them using a combination of hydrojet root-cutting in conjunction with a camera. Think of it as laparoscopic surgery for your sewer line! Followed by a treatment of Root-X, you are in good shape to stunt the further growth, or even possibly keep them from growing back in. However, in extreme cases, the pipe has been damaged and there is no choice but to excavate. We’re happy to take a look at your video and provide you an estimate for cutting. Let us know how we can help!

Can I use Drano or a similar product to clear a clog in my sink?

Pacific Plumbing & Drain Services | Aug 18, 2019

Hi Nissa! We unfortunately do not recommend Drano or any other caustic product for drain problems. Because it is strong enough to try to eat at your clog, it is also strong enough to eat at your piping! We've actually visited homes where the Drano did not work, and then sat in the pipe, eating away at it. I'd hate to see you with both a clog and a leak where the piping was compromised! Give us a call- we have cost-effective drain cleaning options that will solve your clog problems using highly-skilled technicians with excellent professional equipment. We also have a safe drain maintenance product made of enzymes- it won't solve an existing clog, but it will help the buildup from happening again. Thanks for your question!
