I went here today to have my phone upgraded. After refusing to change my current plan which I am grandfathered into they told me I could not upgrade. This was incorrect as I called att and they said that was a lie. I then went to another att retailer and was able to do it there. Seems like if they don’t get the commission from you changing your plan they will just not work with you. It’s a shame since up until now I have done all my business there but management must have changed or something else. I do not recommend this location. If you truely could not do it then fine but to find out you can and just won’t makes me angry.

I just went in recently and Will was super amazing and helpful. Fully explained new plan and every step of the upgrade process. Got a new phone I love! Whole store was very friendly and attentive.

Will expertly and professionally helped my senior mom and I activate a new phone and convert all the data and service from Samsung to Apple on another phone. Well done! No.. Auto pay is truly easy.. But you can mail it in.. Or take it in.. The techs in the office are terrific.. And of course all the new goodies are on display.. Strong temptation.. Love it!
